Found n the Jadar Mountains.
It's body is as big as a humans with a snake-like tail with scales. It has magic eyes and a beak that carries the petrification effect. It also has dangerous poison claws that will immobilize you with just a graze. It's said that the meat is delicious once its been trimmed.
